4 cherry peppers / 1 hot pepper – optional
1/2 cup white distilled vinegar
1 small carrot chopped
3 leaves cilantro / bandania
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp yellow mustard
4 cloves garlic

Thank God I found this video I have a big bag of pimentos on the verge of spoiling.
I made it and it was delicious. I did not use any hot peppers and I used salt instead of all the vinegar. It lasted in the fridge for a long time. Used it when I ran out of seasoning peppers to season food too.
