Buffalo Chicken Chili ~Cook with me

1 tablespoon butter
1 pound ground chicken Substitutions available
1/2 cup chopped carrots
1/2 cup chopped celery
1 package McCormick® Chili Seasoning Mix, Original
1 can (15 ounces) white beans, rinsed and drained
1 can (14 1/2 ounces) petite diced tomatoes, undrained
1/4 cup FRANK’S® RedHot Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce

Melt butter in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add carrots and celery; cook and stir 1 minute. Add ground chicken; cook 5 minutes or until cooked through, stirring occasionally.

Stir in remaining ingredients. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve with desired toppings. For more heat, drizzle with additional RedHot Sauce, if desired.

Oh my gosh guys this was a hoot! I don’t want to wait until I figure it all out before I start, or I’ll never get to it! I’m learning as I go. I have no idea why my cookbook was cut out of my first photo of my head cut off in the beginning of the video. It was not like this in the original footage before “editing”.

I have a feeling this is going to be so funny and fun to look back on someday, once I know what the heck I’m doing. 😂🤣😆

Also I have a Microphone e and hopefully I’ll soon figure out how to use that, too.
