  1. I do this but leave out the cheese. I don’t think cheese needs to be in this recipe. It’s delicious!

  3. I love stuffed peppers, this looks great! But I'll make it low-carb and substitute some riced cauliflower for the rice and check the carbs on the jarred cheese and salsa… probably skip that and just add some tomato sauce over it like my mom did instead. Thanks for this recipe.

  4. Towards the end as she licked her fingers and said she won’t double dip but she put her spotty fingers on it. 🤮 she might as well eat it…..and she still double dipped

  7. Yum !!! My family makes the Italian Stuffed Pepper with tomato sauce and mozzarella cheese melted on top !!! (and no sour cream, cheese and salsa or soy sauce)

  8. She did not wash (soap and water) after handling RAW ground beef and pork. Disgusting…she contaminated everything she touched in her kitchen afterwards. Then she put her fingers in her mouth. I have seen her do this with other meat dishes.

    Why put the granulated beef in the water just to steam peppers? Plain water would have sufficed. And she put granulated beef sprinkled directly on her cooked beef. Yuck.

    And those large peppers are raw no doubt after baking than. Too lazy to parboil them. And the meat mixture was not browned thoroughly. And no way did the meat continue to brown stuffed deep into the peppers.

  9. I make extra stuffing mix and freeze the extra.Then when I want to fix some stuffed peppers I just thaw the mixture and stuff my peppers.

  10. I made these for dinner tonight but I didnt have sour cream so I melted cream cheese in with my cooked meat!
    My house smells YUMMY!!!
