Getting the majority of their food sources from preservative and PUFA-free food is an absolute priority, but we understand that when you eat out, this may be hard to avoid.
SO! When you go out to socialise with friends and family…donāt stress yourself out!
Go and enjoy yourself, and just know that you may feel like crap for a day or two because of the sh*t in the food.
Itās not like you go out every day and night…every once in a while is okay! It wonāt bloody kill you!
The main thing is actually enjoying what you put in your mouth and then getting back on the bandwagon of food that makes you feel OPTIMISED!
