    Add a little pepper to the batter to fry the baby corns. Also add the corns one by one in a single layer without over lapping them or the corns will stick to each other and if you try to separate them the batter will come off.don’t be in a hurry to flip or turn anything you fry for the first 4-5 mins let them cook well on one side than flip or them.Chinese food needs a lot of prepping to be done before you start cooking and is always done on high flame. Besides soya sauce you can use oyster sauce, Hoisin sauce, chilli garlic sauce and white vinegar for making any Chinese dish these are the basic sauces used to cook them. Spring onions are a must to cook Chinese dishes.
