Ginger Garlic Paste – 1 tbsp
Turmeric Powder – 1/4 tsp
Chilli Powder – 1 tsp
Coriander Powder – 2 tsp
Black Pepper Powder – 1 tbsp
Fennel Powder – A Pinch
Coriander Leaves – As Required
Curry Leaves – As Required
Coconut Paste – 1 1/2 tbsp
Salt – To Taste
Oil – For Cooking
Ghee – 3/4 tsp
