Easy crisp and crunchy PICKLED PEPPERS recipe | Canning banana peppers

If you guys want an easy crisp and crunchy pickled peppers recipe then this is it. Canning banana peppers is simple, fun, and way better than store bought.

The best part is that the picked peppers turn out super crunchy, unlike a lot of recipes. That’s because you don’t put them through a hot water bath which means you should keep them in the fridge but we do that anyway, don’t we.

This recipe will work for any peppers including picked jalapeno peppers. Give it a try. You’ll love them!

  1. your intro line gave me a prelimenary impression of a tongue twister. ahahaha. found your vid thru empire.kred. Hope you could check out channel as well and subscribe. 🙂

  2. FYI, you can skip all the "sterilizing" of the jars and rings. No bacteria will grow with that much vinegar & salt. I use a 1:1 ratio of vinegar & water, with about 1 tsp of salt per 3 cups of liquid. Also, you don't have to refrigerate! It will keep for 1 year in a cool dark pantry, ect. They stay very crunchy!
Found the above recipe on YT from a guy who pickles peppers without a hot water bath, no refrigeration and no sterilizing the jars.

  3. I’ve used this recipe and I love them! My husband REALLY LOVES THEM! Thank you! I have a question tho….. after letting them sit upside down and seal…… can I leave them at room temperature? Or do they need to be kept refrigerated? I’ve tried actually canning banana peppers but they ALWAYS turn out soggy. I would love to be able to can all my banana peppers this way. Any suggestions from u or your wife?

  4. Y'all are funny…you make pickled peppers but yet you cant eat them? Isn't that why you make them in the first place? 🤣🤣🤣🤦

  5. I am just wondering why they couldn't last longer when they seem to be perfectly sealed. I sometimes can Jalapenos in smaller jars just for topping nachos. Have you had them last longer?
