Paleo Chili Recipe

Ingredients:
2 lbs — grassfed ground beef (grassfed for paleo)
2 medium (or 1 large) — sweet onions
2 — large green bell peppers
3-5 — Garlic cloves
2 (14oz) — cans of diced tomatoes
2 (8oz) — tomato sauce
1 1/2 cups — Coffee
3 TBS — Chili powder
2 TBS — Cumin
1 TBS — Oregano
1 Tsp — Garlic powder
1 Tsp — Onion powder
2 Tsp — Pumpkin pie spice
1/2 Tsp — Cayenne
1 Tsp — Sea salt
1 Tsp — Pepper
1 TBS — Coconut oil

Instructions:
Cut veggies
Saute in coconut oil on Medium heat
Add beef and minced garlic to pan
Use a separate pot for tomatoes, coffee and spices – medium heat
Then add in sauteed veggies and beef to the tomato mixture
Simmer for 2 hours on low
Blend chili if you like it smooth
