Low Fat Egg and Vegetable Pan
Materials:
thinly sliced green pepper
Cherry tomatoes cut in 2
Egg
Sliced Cheddar Cheese
Salt and pepper
1 tablespoon of olive oil
Fabrication:
Take a medium saucepan and add olive oil. Heat the pan.
Add the thinly sliced green peppers to the pan and fry for 1-2 minutes.
Add the tomatoes and fry for another 2-3 minutes.
Crack 2 eggs into the pan. Gently mix the vegetables around the eggs with a spatula.
Sprinkle a pinch of salt and pepper on it.
Put the cheddar cheese slices on top of the eggs.
Cover the pan and cook for about 5 minutes until the white part of the eggs is cooked. Continue cooking until the egg yolk is the consistency you want.
Serve hot and enjoy!
