**Ingredient**
2 Tbsp coconut oil
4 pcs garlic minced
1 onion sliced
6 pcs sili pang sigang
1 tsp ground pepper
1 tsp pink himalayan salt
2 Tbsp coco aminos
5 grams kinchay
5 grams spring onion
200 grams ground pork
1 egg
Grated cheese
**Procedure**
Sauted in a pan all the ingredients until pork is well cook. Then add the pepper salt and coco aminos. Set aside. Let it cool down a bit. Meanwhile pre- heat the oven 180 deg cel. Prepare your baking pan with foil. Add the egg into your cook pork. Mix well. Stuffed all your chili with pork and then lay down one by one to your baking pan and top with grated cheese. Bake for about 40 mins or until you see cheese melts and turned into brown. Serve and enjoy! Happy cooking!
