This sounds great but I can't have beans due to them being broken down into uric acid. Seems like I'm just doomed to never have chilli 🙁

I made this chili in huge batches and ate it almost every night about 8 years ago! It was a staple as I introduced myself to veganism and was determined to loose weight. I omitted the sour cream and cheese and sometimes would add a sweet potato for fiber.
One of my all time favs! Thanks Jason. Made this over and over again when Autumn comes 🙂
