Ingredients
Beef chicharron
2 cups beef fat (I used the leftover brisket fat, any beef fat will work)
1 cup of water
4 garlic cloves
Salt to taste
Creamy Manzano salsa
1 roasted Manzano chili pepper
1/4 cup of soaked cashews
1 roasted garlic clove
1 roasted tomatillo
1 roasted tomato
1 roasted small carrot
Lime and Salt to Taste
If you love spice use 3 😁
Optional toppings pico de gallo, pickled purple onion, avocado
Pico de Gallo
1 chopped tomato
1 green onion
1/4 finely chopped purple onion
Cilantro, lime, and salt to taste
Avocado in the video had lime and salt to taste
