– Bell peppers (6)
– 1 yellow onion, diced
– 2 cloves of garlic, minced
– 1 lb of lean ground beef
– 1 cup of cooked white rice
– 1 tsp salt
– ½ tsp pepper
– 1 tsp Italian mix seasoning
– ¼ cup of plain breadcrumbs
– ¼ cup of parmesan cheese
– 1 large egg
– 1 cup of marinara sauce or pasta sauce
Sauce at bottom of casserole dish
– 2 cup of marinara sauce or pasta sauce
– ½ cup water
Topping
– ½ cup mozzarella cheese for topping

I made these today and they were smacking good.!!! Thank you for the great recipe it was so tasty and I only made three large peppers and with the rest of the stuffing, I shaped into 3 large balls and placed them in between the peppers and the entire dish turned out scrumptious ā¤ļøāļøā¤ļøāļøā¤ļøš

instead of bread crumbs as the binding agent could i use corn starch? or something else??
