  1. Short and sweet and looks yummy. Yes I did try the steam and grilled chicken but the chicken released lots of water. I think I goofed up. Will try again

  2. In my Family (core traditional India), we don't eat Broiler and likewise chicken. We only eat Gavrani or Desi Murga 🐔.
I would kindly want you to add remarks for the Desi Real Chicken in every Chicken video, whether it's a starter or Main course! 🙏🏼 Humble request

  3. The condensation on the lid WILL NOT add to the flavour of the chicken. It is absolutely pure water. Use chicken stock instead.

  4. Turned out excellent.. added in some potatoes. Added some curry leaves too. Loved the video, especially the music. Love from Seattle USA!

  5. Great recipe, simple yet amazing… When Varun said "Literally nothing" I felt a peppery breeze on my face….;-)

  6. I tried the recipe and it turned out great but I added beets which gave it some strange and wonderful twist and also dark red color….I made it like a stew adding coconut milk rather than water … Kudos to you for simple but amazing recipes Varun….

  7. Mr Inamdar, I'd like to believe that only a few people in India enjoy the odds and bits (as I would like to call them) of Indian cooking. One will never find this anywhere else, I'm sure. Taking your example, very few of us know that squeezing the juices from a dry red chilly is different taste by itself. Or scrapping the vessel for the sticky remnants of the dish is a whole crunchy and soft twist in your mouth. Thank you for the recipe, I was looking for a quick one because, as I type I have sambar boiling on the stove and a packet of raw chicken waiting for me to turn it into something delectable. You just solved my problem. ☺️

  8. Man, scraping the stuff off the bottom of the pan and mixing it with rice is literally heaven. One of the best memories from childhood.

  9. Hi Varun, been following your recipes. Thanks a lot. Just a question please…what wok are you using?

  10. Finally I stumbled upon the most delicious yet simple pepper chicken. The look of the dish promises ecstasy in taste. Thank you

  11. Varun it was the simplest nd the yummiest version of a chicken recipe. Love the way u explain it….tht itself was bringing the aroma n the taste of the dish as like its cooking in my kitchen. While explaining like ur mouth watered my kid was also saying "nice taste we'll try it".

  12. Best pepper chicken made it for 4 to 5 times ❤️👍 again' going to make now thank you Chef
