Vegetarian 3 Bean Chili!!

This is a delicious meal that can be made during the week. You can make it in 31/2 -4 hours. The recipe is:
30oz can Kidney beans
1 15 oz can Pinto beans
1 15 oz can Black Beans
1 1/2 C Corn
1 Onion (any onion can be used, I used yellow onions)
2 Large Green Peppers
2 Garlic Cloves
1 15 oz can Diced Tomatoes
2 1/2 C Vegetable Stock
1 tsp Cayenne Pepper
Salt/Pepper to taste
1 tsp Cumin
1 tsp Chili powder
1 tsp Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
1 tsp Oregano
Your favorite mild or medium salsa

Use a crockpot to place all of your ingredients in it.
Allow to cook for 3 1/2- 4 hours on high or 6 hours on low.
You can use vegan cheese and sour cream or go for the dairy option.
