  1. I was trying to listen to the music but there was some guy who kept talking in the background, very distracting and inconsiderate.

    (Seriously, love hearing you talk Mr. Zimmern, this vid would be 100% better if the music was just faded out quickly at the beginning.)

  2. Please Andrew can you cut the annoying music so we can hear your instructions for the recipe? We want to hear how to make your awesome presentations.

  3. Great looking recipe, but can barely hear you and suggest tone down the background music or remove it altogether. Food looks absolutely delicious.

  4. Sorry but when you overcrowd the wok, you loose the wok hey. That's exactly what happened here.

  5. What is more annoying than when people add intro music to their YouTube videos? People who let the “intro” music play through the entire video. At least you have captions so I can turn off the volume.

  6. Are you using dark meat or white meat? Thanks for sharing. I will make this, but I will stir fry it and not deep fry. It can’t wait to make it.

  8. Bad technique. Black pepper was not distributed evenly throughout dish. Should have put pepper in sauce and stirred well to distribute. And I agree with other comments, wok was way overcrowded. Love Andrew but this was not 1 of his best videos on wok cooking
