Pepper Chicken

Ingredients
Chicken – 750 grams
Pepper – 2 tbl spoon
Coriander seeds – 2 tbl spoon
Fennel seeds – 1 teaspoon
Cumin seeds – 1 teaspoon
Dry chilli – 2 to 3
Cashews
Cinnamon stick
Cloves – 5
Cardamom – 1
Ginger garlic paste – 2 tbl spoon
Turmeric powder
Butter or oil – 2 tbl spoon
Onion – 1
Curry leaves
Green chilli – 2
Coriander leaves
Juice of half lemon
Salt

  2. But leaving the pan covered for 20-25 min not cause the pan to stick? Even if its non-sticky pan I think we need to keep adding water and stirring from time to time in between or else the water gets evaporated soon due to heat and it might start to stick right ?
