Hi friends. Welcome to my channel. Don’t forget to subscribe, comment and like the video. Toady i made methi paratha. Methi is a winter vegetable. more like Leafy vegetable. Hosntly it’s hard to find in California. But we got lucky and found some fresh methi at our Pakistani Indian grocery store. Here is easy recipe for methi paratha. Please watch the video and share.

Ingredients:
2 cups Wheat flour.
3 tbsp Methi.
1 tsp Salt.
1 tsp Red Chili powder.
1 tsp Coriander powder.
1 tsp Cumin seed powder.
1/2 Turmeric powder.
1 tsp Crushed Red pepper flakes.
1/2 Onion.
1 tsp minced Ginger-Garlic.
Fresh Cilantro.
Green Chili pepper.

Recipe:
In a bowl add flour. Add salt, red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin seed powder, turmeric powder and red chili pepper flakes. Add chopped onion, cilantro green chili pepper and minced ginger-garlic. Add fresh methi and olive oil. Mix it well. Start adding water slowly and start kneading. Need for 5-7 minutes until everything comes together. Let it sit for 30 minutes.
Make small balls. Use fry flour because the dough will be sticky. Add some dry flour on both sides and start rolling the dough. Add butter on the top. using the knife cut the middle like you would cut cake. Start rolling the dough from the end and go around to the other end. Pinch it together. Press it down. Add dry flour and roll it out gain.
Heat the griddle. Transfer the paratha to the griddle. Add butter and cook until it gets light brown. 2-3 minutes on both sides.
