Grandma Barb’s Roasted Pepper Chicken Recipe



Well-seasoned chicken roasted with red and green bell peppers, onions and celery! It doesn’t get any easier than this for a quick, flavorful dinner! My grandmother Barb makes so many delicious chicken recipes but this one has quickly become one of my favorites for it’s ease of preparation. I love that it uses fresh ingredients and you can throw everything in the pan and put it in the oven!

  15. My God this this looks good. I'm laying off carbs for a few months and I'm looking for substitutes. Tired of the same old diet. I don't know anything about spices tho I just throw in anything i can lay my hands on.

  24. I can swear by this recipe. It tastes so good, I’ve made it twice this week. I also added a 1/4 spoon of bay seasoning as well as the ingredients listed. This is my new go to recipe, for when visitors come to my house. Thanks for the amazing recipe 🙂
