Tasty Baby Corn Salt and Pepper recipe by Chef Sunder | Recipecheckr [ENG SUB]



I have taken a famous starter dish. In Indo – Chinese restaurant, baby corn is a famous starter. Two out of three orders will be this baby corn dish. The punchy taste is the main thing that attracts customers. Most people like baby corn, especially when its fried. It will give a good mouthfeel. It can be punchy and tasty like you wish. Today, the is what we are gonna do today. It is Baby corn Pepper and salt. First, we will deep-fry the baby corn. For that, I am using Mantra groundnut oil. And we will see how to finish and garnish perfectly. Let us get into the menu and start cooking. I am splitting this into two stages. First is coating the baby corn and deep-frying. And then we will sauté some ingredients with this and make the final product.

Here are the ingredients for this Baby corn Salt and Pepper
Groundnut oil for deep frying
Baby corn – 100 gms
Maida – 1 ½ tsp
Corn starch – 1 ½ tsp
White pepper powder – ¼ tsp
Oil – 3 tbs
Garlic – 1 tsp
Ginger – ¾ tsp
Celery – ½ tsp
Green chillies (chopped) – 1 tsp
Onion (chopped) – 1 nos
Black pepper powder – 1 ½ tsp
Spring onion – 1 tbs
Soy sauce (dark) – 1 tsp
Salt – As per taste
