Dry Chili Prawns



This recipe may be one of our fastest recipes on this channel. With just a few ingredients that you probably already have in your pantry, you can prepare an easy and satisfying dinner for yourself or your family.

Ingredients:
1 LB tiger shrimp – peeled and deveined
1 TBS Shaoxing wine
2 TBS soy sauce

1 TBS sugar
2 TBS Shaoxing wine
2 TBS soy sauce

1 TBS szechuan peppercorns – toasted and ground
10 dry chili
5 scallions – whites and greens separated
2″ piece ginger
6 cloves garlic
1/4 cup cornstarch

peanut oil for frying
rice for serving

bench scraper
various bowls
small sauté pan
spice grinder
wok or heavy bottom pot
