Thank you for sharing your recipe sir
Is the sugar necessary? Or will they not brine properly?
Never canned peppers before, gonna try this on my first harvest this year
You have my attention! I made your other “Best”, the pickled okra and it definitely was. Delicious. What are some ways you use these peppers?
I ran across this video of yours, Tom, and thought I'd stop by to see how you're liking cookin' for the angels. (OMC passed away some time ago and is sorely missed by all of us who followed his channel.)
This thing is a beast.>>>ur2.pl/1062 Very heavy, solidly built. We were kind of afraid of these things, but this one inspires confidence. The pressure gauge was spot on and I love the pre-set metal weight. The lid attaches very securely and the pot seems to heat up very quickly (we have a pretty strong burner, but…) When filled with water, it is VERY heavy, so keep that in mind. We've used it three or four time already and it's been a lot of fun!
I’ve got a ton of garden peppers. I haven’t canned since I was a kid helping grandma but I’m excited to get going. Thanks for the short and to the point video.
They will seal without the hot water bath I just use the boiling brine solution it takes a little longer to seal but your peppers and pickles stay crunchy. The vinegar is persevering them i personal use a 3 to 1 ratio vinegar to water still alive and kicking have a good day ✌😎
Found my canning mentor! This is awesome!
How long will they hold?
Simple and great! Thank you for this video!

I've never canned anything myself before, but when I start I'm going to use this video for my first batch.
Tks for sharing this recipe tutorial with us
Thanks for the video. Can the canned pepper be stored in the shelf or in the fridge?
Can I use this to can bell peppers?
Canning for the first time, I've watched so many videos trying to learn and now I'm scared of deadly bacteria 😒 you didn't say to wipe the rim with vinegar? And only 10 minutes? Is that enough??? Sorry for the questions but so many videos have scared me and I'd like to do this recipe for my first run. Thanks so much!
Why did you put them in whole and then they were cut in half? Which is it?
Thank you for the recipe I just harvested 2-5 gal buckets of a variety of hot peppers that I need to pickle. I will use your recipe on some of them.
Thanks for making it so easy!

Hello I canned my hot peppers just like this, following along with you as I went. I took a jar to my son he said the pepper was delicious but it broke apart. Why did this happen?
