This Low Sodium Homemade Crockpot Chili is absolutely delicious!! Just toss the ingredients in the crockpot on your way out the door and have a delicious aromatic chili awaiting your return! Serve with grilled cheese, crackers, sour cream, or any of your favorite toppings. You can even freeze leftovers to serve at a later date for quick and easy chili hotdogs! A lot of cans in the store have over 1000 mg of sodium per serving. Yikes!! I prefer to make my own. Therefore, I control the amount of salt, and you won’t miss all that excess either. This chili is very flavorful! You wouldn’t notice the low sodium at all. I hope you enjoy this recipe as much as my family and friends do. Cook Chili on LOW for 5-6 hours or on MEDIUM/HIGH for 1-3 hours depending on your crock-pot.
