Ingredients for Chilli Chicken Recipe:

Boneless Chicken, (preferably thigh) cut into 1 inch pieces- 300 gms

For marination:

Ginger garlic paste – 2 tsp

Crushed Pepper – 1/2 tsp

Salt – As per taste

Vinegar -1 tsp

Cornflour- 3 tbsp

All purpose flour (Maida)- 2 tbsp

Egg – 1

Oil for Frying

For Sauces : –

Dark Soy sauce- 1 tbsp

Green Chilli sauce -1 tbsp

White Vinegar -1 tsp

lemon juice -1 tsp (optinal)

Crushed Pepper- pinch or 1/4 tsp

Salt – as per taste

Other Ingredients:

Garlic, chopped- 5-7

Ginger chopped – 1/2 inch

Spring onion, white portion chopped- 3 tbsp

Green chillies, thin slices-3-4 nos

Onion Dice – 1 small size

Green, Red, Yellow as per choice capsicum Dice – 1 medium

Cornflour slurry- 3 tbsp cornflour mixed in 1/2 cup of water

Spring onions, green tops- chopped for garnishing 3-4 tbsp
