Canning White Turkey Chili

I love to have some home canned soups in the pantry. They make a quick lunch or dinner. I use chicken and turkey interchangeably, so sometimes I use chicken and sometimes I use turkey in this recipe. Happy canning friends.

Ingredients I used for the white turkey chili for 16 pints:
7 cps. Cooked diced turkey or chicken
3 cps. Of dried Great Northern beans soaked overnight and boiled for 30 minutes
1 onion diced
4 cloves of garlic minced
2 cans of diced green chilies ( each can was 4 oz.)
12 cps. Of chicken or Turkey broth
Once I open a can of soup, I put 1/2- 1 tsp. Taco seasoning, 1/2-1 tsp. Ranch powder mix, 1/2 tsp. Salt (I don’t put salt in my soups or broth until I open the can), and a spoonful of sour cream. Heat through and enjoy. You can serve the white turkey/ chicken chili with toppings such as: shredded cheese, jalapeƱos, Fritos, and extra sour cream if desired.
