Escabeche in Sweet Chili

Ingredients:

300 g fish – marinate fish w/ calamansi, salt and pepper

For the Sauce:

1/2 cup sweet chili sauce
2-4 tbsp vinegar
1 tbsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper

4 cloves garlic
1 thumb sized ginger
1 med onion
1 med red bell pepper

4 tbsp all purpose flour
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
