This Low Carb High Protein Snack Always Deserves Its Own Plate.
Simple and so satisfying:
1. Cut up a pepper. I used bell peppers but my favourite is Marcello peppers if you can find them
2. Fill with cottage cheese and crumble up some feta cheese.
3. Top with Trader Joe’s everything but the bagel seasoning.
4. Kick it up with everything but elote seasoning on top or even chile lime seasoning. Both amazing.
Devour it up. The cottage cheese texture with the crunchiness of the pepper is exceptional. Plus it really does keep you full for hours.
