How to make Chicken shami kebab | Easy shami kebab recipe| Ramadan recipe 2020|make & freeze recipes

Ingredients :

Chicken (cut into small cubes)- 1/2kg
Chana dal -250 gms
Onion -1 medium
Ginger & garlic-2 tbsp
Red chili whole- (10-12)
Cumin-1Tbs
Coriander seeds-a pinch
Peppercorns -1tsp
Coriander leaves-1 cup
Green chilies -4
All spices (garam masala )- 1tsp
Fried onion -1/4 cup

Method:
*soak Chana dal for at least 1 hr *
1. In a pressure cooker add in all the ingredients except coriander leaves ,green chili and fried onion.cook for 4 whistles.(dry the water )
2. In a food processor, pulse coriander leaves and chili. Add in the mixture and grind to a thick paste .
3. Shape the shami kebabs in the desired shapes .
4. Dip in egg and fry on little oil till golden brown.
5. Serve hot !
*place the patties on a tray and place them in the freezer then keep in an airtight container .
