Flakey Nuggets:
Ingredients:
Boneless chicken cubes 300 gm
Red chili powder Ā½ tsp
Garlic powder Ā½ tsp
Vinegar 1 tbsp
Salt as per taste
Ingredients for coating:
Corn flakes 2 cups
Cumin powder 1 tsp
Red chili powder 1 tsp
Eggs 4
Corn flour 2 cup
Oil as per need
Method:
ā¢ Cut boneless chicken in half inch cubes and add garlic powder, red chili powder, vinegar and salt. Mix it and leave it aside.
ā¢ In a chopper add corn flakes, cumin powder, red chili powder and chop it all.
ā¢ Now coat chicken cubes with corn flour. Then dip it in whisked eggs. Then coat it in corn flakes mixture.
ā¢ Heat oil and deep fry them. Serve hot.
