Pepper, onion, and cream cheese stuffed chicken breast – #recipe in description

Pound out 2 chicken breast & put salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic power on them
Lay them flat on baking pan
On one side layer cream cheese, basil & onion, then the piquillo peppers (or pepper of your choosing) more cream cheese slices, basil & onion
Fold over chicken breast & put tooth picks in to hold everything together
Dust with salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic power & paprika
Make at 400 for 25-30 minutes

*I have also sautéed the peppers & onions in seasoning & mixed it into the cream cheese & spread that onto the chicken and rolled them up with tooth picks too. Either way it turned out amazing
