  1. I would not add black pepper to them, personally, nor garlic. Just oil, blister, then, lightly salt after plating. Personal preference.

  2. My new favorite…Have used sesame oil too. Topped with roasted sesame seeds. Thank you.

  3. I just don't get it.
Here you're adding half a gallon of olive oil to roast a few peppers in a non-stick pan. That's just insane…

  4. Try them blistered and squish fresh lime juice and sea salt!! So good! We eat em hot right out of the pan 🔥

  5. For all those using Teflon nonstick pans, PLEASE STOP! Cast iron works great for this and pretty much all other recipes.

Teflon is SO DANGEROUS. Watch “The Devil We Know.” https://youtu.be/NJFbsWX4MJM

It’s SHOCKING what rich people are allowed to fo to people in this country KNOWING FULL WELL their products are DEADLY.

Please watch. It’s insane this is allowed.

  6. Never use olive oil for cooking. As soon as it touch heat the goodness of it changes and becomes trans fat which is very unhealthy for health
