  2. I made this last night for dinner, we had it over rice, and I also made your Focaccia to serve with it. It was amazing! I make my own Italian sausage, so it was full of love Thank you

  3. How wonderful that someone sent Pasquale a pair of kitchen tongs. So useful and much appreciated by a man who's gone his whole life without them.

  4. He's naturally pleasant and enjoyable. Made me laugh a couple of times without forcing silly jokes. Thank You.

    Why boil the sausage?

  5. If I were to guess I would say he's from Calabria! You can trust this man, very good

  6. I cook my sausage whole until browned on all sides, remove and cut before returning to pan. Eliminates turning each cut up piece of sausage.

  7. Trust I can improve on this cook sausage with a few pokes in them your just browning the outside and draining as much oil as you can then get big mix bowel cut everything into 1-2 inch chunks sausage/pepers/onions/potatos coat with oil add Italian seasoning and paprika toss in lose chopped garlic then spread out in big baking dish then top with Chicken thighs spray some cooking oil on top add small amount of salt on the skin of the chicken and bake 325f until potatoes are done and chicken skin is crispy

Tip at end remove chicken mix everything save that oil at bottom and use it as a sauce

  8. Soon as I heard his accent i knew it was going be good yes making this asap and you earned a new subscriber

  9. A fresh, hot pan full of sausage and peppers is such a versatile way to makea meal – it pairs wonderfully with any old bread, rice, pasta…I sometimes even just put the hot sausage and peppers over a bed of spiniach for a delicious salad.

  10. I love sausages and peppers! I make mine in the oven. Rice, pasta, or mashed potatoes go well with it. Your stove top method looks good too!

  11. I like this chef, old school, appreciate all things!! He would appreciate good food as well, nice human being!

  12. I just made this his way except I used Paul Newman's Marinara sause. No fancy wines or weird ingredients. One thing. I did't know what the dried green pepper looking stuff was. But my house smells great. I'll serve over rice.
