Aloo Palak Recipe | Aloo Palak Ki Sabzi (Sabji) | Potatoes and Spinach Recipe in Urdu & Hindi

Aloo Palak Recipe:

Ghee 2 large spoon
Potatoes 1 kg chopped
Spinach 1 kg chopped
Onion two medium chopped
Yogurt 4-5 tsp
Coriander crushed 1 tsp
Garlic paste 1& 1/2 tsp
Cumin seeds 1 tsp
Coriander leaves as require
Red chili crushed 1&1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder 1 &1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Green chili 6-7 chopped
Tomatoes 1 medium chopped

Direction:

Take a pan add water and bring it to boil. Add spinach and boil for 1-2 minutes. Then strain it and set aside.
-Add ghee and heat it. Add onion cook until light brown. Then add ginger garlic paste and cook for until light brown.
-Add tomatoes and green chilies and cook for 1 minute. Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, salt, coriander seeds, cumin seeds, yogurt and mix well. Add little water and cook for 2- 3 minutes.
-Add potatoes and green chilis turn flame low and cook for 5-8 minutes.
-Then add boiled spinach and cook for 5-8 minutes.
-Add coriander leaves and cook for 2 minutes.
Delicious, tasty and spicy chatpata aloo palak salan /sabzi is ready.
