  6. Thank you for this. I tried it and it’s very good. I really liked doing it in the crockpot. What would you recommend for the sauce part if you wanted traditional flavor vs. Mexican flavor? I’m thinking cream of mushroom or celery soup, but what about the sauce on the bottom to create steam effect?I’ve tried several of your recipes and they are very tasty. You are a good teacher.

  8. I'm making the stuffed peppers today. I had leftover meat mixture, because I only used 4 peppers. Can freeze the leftovers? What can I do with it?

  15. I made these for dinner and they were okay, but not nearly enough seasoning for me. Will definitely be adding more next time
