cheese burger: (double eggs, cream and cheese) or
pizza: 1) spread Italian cheese into small pizza shapes on parchment lined baking sheet 2) top with meat and dry veggies 3) low broil until melted and browned – approx. 3 minutes 4) pat with paper towel, if needed, and cool 5) dip in warmed Rao’s Marinara sauce (low carb) or
lasagna: (tips: drain sausage WELL, pat dry the deli chicken, let stand 8 min before cutting)
steak: rub w/butter, garlic, salt, pepper and broil or grill.
chili hot dogs: top two organic hot dogs with keto chili, chopped onion, and cheddar.
chili: (thicken with beef gelatin or xanthan gum, if desired)
chicken tenders: Pat dry 1 lb of chicken tenders. Beat 1 egg in small bowl. In another bowl, mix ½ c pork rind crumbs – make more crumbs, if needed (or plus ½ c parmesan cheese (or more crumbs). Dip egged tender in crumb mixture and pan fry in ghee or coconut oil until done (3-4 minutes a side).
chicken wings: steam chicken drumsticks in an Instant Pot for 10-12 minutes, place on a parchment covered baking sheet, slather melted butter/garlic blend and top with parmesan cheese. Broil 3 minutes – watch, ovens vary.

hard-boiled eggs: (tip: make a dozen, peel and store in container layered with paper towels – lasts longer, better texture)
salad: organic lettuce, avocado, hard-boiled eggs, bacon, seeds, dressing
dressings: Primal Kitchen at stores or or
mushroom: sauté in butter
asparagus: trim ends, steam briefly, butter, top with parmesan
green beans: trim ends of fresh green beans, layer in roasting pan, top with 1” bacon pieces, roast at 400 degrees for 30 minutes, stir, 10 more minutes, broil to finish browning
squash: slice spaghetti squash in half (either direction), bake @ 350 1 hour, scoop out seeds, scape out squash top with butter
