INGREDIENTS for Chicken Gizzard
– Chicken Gizzard – 250g
– Green chillies – 2
– Ginger & Garlic paste – 1 tbsp
– Sliced Onions
– Crushed black pepper – 1 tsp
– Cinnamon pieces – 02
– Chilli powder – 2 tbsp
– Curry powder – 1 tsp
– Turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp
– Curry leaves
– Cooking Oil – 2 tbsp
– Water – 1/4 cup
– Salt to Taste
Process:
– First, cut the chicken gizzard
– Heat the oil on a pan
– Add ginger, garlic paste & fry for a few seconds
– Add sliced onions & mix & fry for a 30 seconds
– Add chicken gizzard & fry on medium heat for a minute
– Add turmeric powder, chilli & curry powder
– Mix well
– Add crushed black pepper & add salt to taste
– Mix well
– Cover & cook on low flame for 10 minutes
– Give it a mix
– Add water & mix again
– Cover & cook again on low flame for 10 minutes
– Give it a mix
– Now chicken gizzard curry is ready

My personal opinion this recipe must be cooked in a pressure cooker as the meat gets cooked well and easy for digestion.
