I'm currently living in China and have been somewhat disappointed by the food here in terms of the quality of the ingredients used and the over-saturation of oil and spices used here that makes most of the dishes taste the same, alongside with the unpleasant. Regardless of this, I've retained the thought that there truly is a wonderful food culture here but in the present day it has been…misdirected 😉 I made the dish featured in this video and it was delicious, not to mention very easy to find the ingredients here. Subscribed after the China Uncensored episode. Love the Won Ton in Chili Sauce a local restaurant had them, and went out of business a few years ago due to competition, no one else in my area makes them.
