Proper authentic restaurant style chinese chicken chilli dry and garli egg fried rice recipe. Extremely easy to follow and better then what you get in restaurants. After making this at home, you won’t be eating Chinese from outside 😋

Recipe:
CHICKEN CHILLI DRY

500 gms boneless chicken
1 tsp red chilli flakes
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp vinegar
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
Salt to taste
2 tbsp corn flour
1 egg

Mix well everything and deep fry chicken.

Half cup oil
1 tbsp crushed ginger garlic
Salt to taste
1 tsp red chilli flakes
2 tbsp ketchup
2 tbsp chilli garlic sauce
1 tbsp vinegar
1 tbsp soy sauce
Crushed black pepper
1 onion cut into cubes
1 capsicum cubes
1 cup green onions.

Fry ginger garlic in oil, add all the vegetables and sauces and fry for 3 minutes then add chicken and stir fry for 5 minutes on high heat.

EGG FRIED RICE
half cup oil
3 cups boiled rice
3 beaten eggs.
1 tbsp crushed ginger garlic
1 tsp red chilli flakes
1 tbsp vinegar
1 tbsp soya sauce
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste.

Make scrambled eggs first and set aside. Fry ginger garlic in oil and add all vegetables and sauces. Add boiled rice and stir fry on high heat for 5 minutes. Add eggs and stir fry for 5 more minutes.
