INGREDIENTS

TO MAKE KOFTAS:
Oil
Cabbage – 2 cups shredded
Carrot – 1 shredded
Onion – ¼ nos.
Green Chili – 1 or 2 nos.
Turmeric Powder – ¼ tsp
Chili Powder – ½ tsp
Coriander Powder – 1 tsp
Garam Masala – ¼ tsp
Ginger Garlic Paste – 1 tsp
Gram flour – 5 to 8 tbsp
Salt

TO MAKE CURRY:
Oil – 3 tbsp
Cinnamon – 2
Cloves – 4
Onion – 1
Ginger Garlic Paste – 1 tbsp
Tomato – 2(Grinded)
Turmeric Powder – ¼ tsp
Chili Powder – ½ tsp
Coriander Powder – 2 tsp
Garam Masala – ¼ tsp
Cashew Paste (7 to 8 Cashews + ½ tsp Cumin seeds + 2 Kashmiri Chilis)
Salt
Kasturi Methi – ½ tsp (optional)
Coriander Leaves

PROCEDURE
1. In a bowl, add the shredded Cabbage & Carrots, finely chopped onions, Ginger Garlic Paste & the masala and mix them well.
2. To that add the required salt and gram flour.
3. Mix them well and make small balls from the mixture.
4. Fry the balls.
5. Then, in a pan, add oil. To that add cinnamon and cloves.
6. Then add the onion. To that add Ginger Garlic Paste after 2 mins & saute them till there is no raw smell.
7. Now add the grinded tomatoes and add the masala and saute them until the oil gets separated.
8. To that add the cashew paste and a cup of water.
9. Close & cook for 5 mins and stir frequently.
10. Add some Kasturi methi. (optional)
11. Now add the Cabbage Balls to the gravy.
12. Garnish with coriander.
