Here’s one of our favorite recipes – Instant Pot Chili! This is super easy, quick, and tasty!
Total Time: 1hr-1.25hr
Ingredients:
~1-1.5lbs ground turkey or ground beef
3 cans diced tomatoes (we use 2 cans of chili ready diced tomatoes and 1 regular)
3 cans of beans – 1 pinto, 1 dark kidney, 1 light kidney
Packet of chili seasoning
How to:
Turn instant pot to saute and add meat, break up and brown.
While meat is browning, dump all beans into a sieve and drain (do not rinse)
Once meat is brown, all all beans, tomatoes, and seasoning to pot, put on lid, and set to pressure cook on High for 30 minutes.
Normally release pressure for about 10 minutes, then press your quick release button.
