I missed the hearty, cozy chili again, and I got Omnipork at hand, so here is this vegan chili sin carne.
The flavor of Omnipork is quite interesting. It goes really well in this dish. And I will say that fresh coriander is a must in this dish, at least for me.
This is a great dish for meal prep as well, as the flavor goes deeper as time goes by. I hope you will enjoy it. 🙂
最近又想吃暖呼呼的墨西哥辣豆醬，加上想來試沒用過的 OMNI 新豬肉 (植物肉)，就有這道料理啦。
一開始吃新豬肉的味道有點不習慣，但覺得加上芫荽(香菜)整個就升級超美味!
這道料理適合先製備無好，冷藏一晚味道會更入味更好吃。希望你們試了也會喜歡 🙂
