CHILI GARLIC VEGGIE with Fermented Tofu
INGREDIENTS:
4 tbsp – olive oil
1 head – garlic
9pcs – spicy chilis (5pcs for garnish)
1/4 tsp – coarse salt
2 cubes – FERMENTED TOFU
1 KILO – PECHAY or water spinach
1 tsp – chicken powder

THICKENING SAUCE:
1/4 cup – water
1 tbsp – cornstarch
1/2 tsp – brown sugar
2 tbsp – liquid seasoning

Cooking time: approximately less than 15 minutes
Serving: 4+ people
