I think your chicken fried eggs are the most ingenious recipe when there's nothing in the frig to cook with. If you have eggs, so many possibilities. Would they taste good dipped in this spicy dip?

I have a hiatal hernia and can't eat anything spicy. Do you have any recipes for other dips that are not spicy?
Could you do a dip without mayo/sour cream. Trying to stay away from mugs form white substances.
