An easy grilled corn recipe. If you’d like to make it Vegan, simply replace the butter with coconut oil. Here’s the recipe;
Citrus butter
4 heads of corn
130g butter
1 knob lemon grass and ginger
1 clove garlic
3 kaffir lime leaves
Lime zest and a little juice
Half a diced chilli
Salsa
Juice of one lemon plus other half of lime
Thinly sliced mixed Chili (large red, green, jalapeño)
Salt
1 finger lime
Kaffir lime
