Aunt Natasha, I use shishito peppers for a dish here in the Philippines called "Sisig", a crispy pork dish with both shishito and chilli peppers sizzled to perfection…

It is an easy recipe to make a Shishito Peppers dip.
Couldn't find Shishito peppers so I used Mexican Serrano peppers. It tasted great. But then for some reason I got heartburn and my mouth was on fire. 😫 😆 😂
