🔹 1/2 cup whole milk or milk of your choice
🔹 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
🔹 1/2 teaspoon Spanish paprika (sweet or smoked)
🔹 Kosher salt
🔹 Black pepper
🔹 1/4 cup grated parmesan, more to your liking
🔹 Handful fresh basil leaves, torn, for garnish (optional)

    Let's say we found that 1/2 cup pasta water is what we need. Would mixing it in the sauce (food processor) have the same results as adding it later?

    Do you have an alternative for the milk. I do not drink milk or any milk type alternative.
    Would chicken broth work?
