Ingredients

400 gm Mushrooms
1 medium onion
2 capsicum
10-12 garlic (fine chopped)
3-4 green chilis
1/2 cup hara dhaniya
1/2 cup green onion
1 tsp chicken powder
Salt to taste
4-5 tbsp cornflour
2 tbsp maida (plain flour)
1 tbsp cornflour + 1/4 cup water

◇◇Sauce◇◇
2 tbsp tomato ketchup
2 tsp Schezwan sauce
1+1/2 soya sauce
1 tsp vinegar
