Nice, I'm going to try this! I wouldn't have thought about slicing the peppers in half. That kinda helps it seem like you're getting more for your money. Cooking them a bit before hand is a good idea too.
Used ground bison instead of sausage. Adding 4 cloves of minced garlic, 2 tbsp of lemon juice and 1 tsp salt took the flavor to the next level! Original recipe was too bland with the switch from sausage to bison.

Can we take the word "super" out of the dictionary please? You used it ten times for a 6:36 length video. Anyway, I do love your recipe and your enthusiasm. A few suggestions to kick this up a notch or two while still keeping this dish keto:
–Add a clove or two of minced garlic and/or a small chopped white onion to your filling for enhanced flavor
–Maybe add a small can of sliced black olives (save a few to decorate)
–Add some chopped spinach or parsley to the filling for added color and texture
–top with some shredded sharp cheddar while baking for a boost in cheesiness

Roast your peppers in the oven for 30 minutes before stuffing unless you like them waterlogged. Make a bunch and freeze them.

Hi just wanted to say hi and thanks for all your great ideas! I started to make this dish and somehow strayed off focus. Ended up with a casserole using your fixings and a white onion and 3 yellow peppers cut into small thin strips. Covered with mozzarella cheese baked for 30 min @ 350. I really enjoyed it, going to make it again with 75% lean hamburger, and a little less cream cheese.

Ingredients
3 bell peppers
1 lb sausage
1 block of cream cheese
1 can of rotel (diced tomatoes and chilis)
-Preheat oven to 350 deg F
-Cut bell peppers in half and remove stems & seeds
-place peppers in oven until tender (approx 20-30 min)
Filling:
-Brown sausage
-Once browned, turn heat to low and add cream cheese into pan until well mixed
-Add rotel (do not drain) into sausage and cream cheese
-Remove peppers from oven and fill with sausage mixture
-Bake for an additional 5 minute
Made this tonight . Used ground beef , minced garlic woreshire sauce and different seasonings and half a block of CC . Added in the rotel with provolone cheese and pepper on top and it was gooodddd. Had some white rice on the side 😊❤. Thanks for sharing. 🎉
