THE PERFECT PEPPER MIX RECIPE FOR NIGERIAN JOLLOF RICE AND TOMATO STEW/IFY’S KITCHEN

The perfect Pepper mix blend.

Do you think there is a difference between when you blend your peppers and tomato first and then boil or when you boil your pepper and tomato first and then blend? For the perfect pepper mix, I always boil my tomatoes, onions, pepper etc before boiling and the result is always amazing. You should try it.

My blender buchymix is fire!!! Gosh…the thing dey blend. It blends everything into smooth puree within seconds. There is also the pulse function for you to control the consistency of what you are blending. If you are ever in the market for a strong and durable blender, you must go for the buchymix brand.

My pepper blend ratio is usually something like this :

5 medium tomatoes
9 medium tatashes
10-12 ata rodo
6-8 shombos
3-5 medium onions
4-6 cloves Garlic
1 1/2 inches Ginger

Please visit www.buchymixafrica.com to order your powerful blender. It also comes with a 3 year warranty Wow !!!.

  5. omg please did you remove the seeds from all the peppers including the shombo and scotch bonnets?🙏🙏

  6. How long would this mix last in the fridge? I do a similar mix myself but without ginger and garlic but also yellow onion instead, I’ll try your version. I usually use vegetable stock (a little) to add to the mix but I’ll use water only now.
