juice of 1 lime
10 hot peppers
4 cloves garlic sliced
1 tbsp shadon beni
1/2 cup viniger
chopped carrot
chopped morai / daikon
salt to taste

  1. Hi Natasha how long can this keep and do you have to refrigerate it, I know in the states they water bath some sauces to last longer what is your take on this for sauces

  2. I made some a few mths, ago just like yr recipe, no carrots and moria ,but chadon beni and other powered spices ,and left in the sun light…….
